Review policy

1. Who can review

Anyone with a Fuente.lat account, from any country, can review a product they used or tried. Each person writes one review per product and can edit or delete it at any time.

People who manage the product on Fuente.lat, people writing from an email on the product's own domain, and people who manage another product in the same category can't review it.

2. What gets published

Real experiences with the product, positive or negative. A negative review is never removed for being negative or because the company dislikes it.

We don't publish reviews that aren't about an experience with the product, that include someone's personal data (emails, phone numbers, addresses or an employee's full name), insults, threats or discrimination, links, promotions or advertising, reviews written by the company, its team or a competitor, fake or copied reviews, or illegal content.

Offering or receiving payments, discounts or benefits in exchange for a review is not allowed.

3. How we moderate

Every review and answer goes through automatic moderation by AI models before it's published, usually within minutes. When the first model is unsure, a second, stronger model decides. If we reject it, we email you the reason and you can edit it and send it again.

To prevent campaigns we limit how many reviews one person can send per day and how many come from one network, and we take bursts of reviews and repeated texts into account.

4. Reports

Anyone with an account can report a review by choosing a reason. With three reports, or one from the product's company, the review is automatically checked again against this policy. A report alone isn't enough: a review is hidden only if its text breaks the policy.

5. Company answers

Whoever manages a listing can answer each review once, publicly and for free, and edit the answer. Answers are moderated like reviews: no insults, no personal data and no advertising.

No payment lets anyone delete, hide or reorder reviews.

6. How they're shown

Reviews are shown in the language they were written in, with the name each person chose (never their email), their relationship with the product and how long they used it. The average shows only from three reviews. Reviews don't change the order of comparisons.
