Privacy policy

1. Controller

2. Data we process

Account: your email and, if you provide it, your name. Session: session identifiers, IP address and browser, to keep you signed in and prevent abuse. Verifications: the domain and method you used to verify a listing.

Payments: processed by Creem (creem.io); we receive order data (name, email, country and plan), never your card details.

Listings contain public information about products and companies, not personal data of private individuals.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service (contract), keep it secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest) and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Processors

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, Brazil), Cloudflare (DNS and inbound email), Resend (email delivery) and Creem (payments). Some operate outside your country; we require appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account data while the account is active, and records required by law or to handle claims for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hola@fuente.lat.

In Argentina, the AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules. In Brazil you also have the rights granted by the LGPD and may complain to the ANPD.
