1. Who we are

Fuente.lat is a directory of Latin American digital products based in Argentina. Contact: hola@fuente.lat. The operator's details are at the end of these terms.

By using the site or buying a plan you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

We publish listings of startups, websites and web apps, editorial lists and content about the Latin American digital ecosystem. A listing with a verified domain is free.

Paid plans provide visibility in slots labeled “Sponsored” and priority review, as described on the pricing page. Payment never buys positions in editorial lists or rankings, followed links, or a pass on moderation.

We don't guarantee traffic, positions in search engines or AI assistants, customers or sales.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a link we email you. You're responsible for keeping access to that email and for activity on your account.

4. Listings and content

We create some listings from public information; they're shown as “Unclaimed”. Anyone who proves control of the domain can claim, correct or remove them.

By submitting content you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, translate and adapt it within the service while the listing is published.

We may edit, reject or remove listings that are misleading, illegal, infringe third-party rights or belong to categories we don't accept (for example gambling, adult content, unauthorized IPTV, pirated software or scams).

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem processes payments, issues invoices, handles applicable taxes and answers billing and refund inquiries.

Prices are in US dollars; checkout shows the amount in your local currency where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not manipulate votes or reviews, impersonate other people or companies, submit malicious content or interfere with the site's operation.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with reasonable notice. The laws of Argentina apply, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
