Refund policy

1. One-time plans (Starter, Premium, Launch)

Full refund if the listing is rejected in moderation or if you ask before the sponsored placement starts.

Once the sponsored placement is live, the plan is non-refundable.

2. Featured monthly

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded.

3. Agency packs

If a listing paid with credits is rejected, the credits go back to your balance.

4. Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under your country's consumer protection law.

5. How to request a refund

Write to hola@fuente.lat with your purchase email and the product. Refunds are processed by Creem, our reseller, to the original payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
